Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and offering styling advice.
- Maintain high store standards through effective merchandising, folding, and garment presentation.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk.
- Support with store replenishments and organizing stock in the warehouse.
- Assist in the fitting rooms by providing fashion advice and managing garment flow.
- Handle incoming deliveries and ensure stock is ready for the sales floor.
- Participate in store activities and campaigns to drive sales and profit.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for fashion and a strong interest in H&M's business concept.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A team player who is willing to take initiative and support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
