Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their fashion needs.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Replenish stock regularly to ensure all sizes and styles are available on the sales floor.
- Support with fitting room operations to ensure a smooth and clean experience for customers.
- Handle product promotions and seasonal campaigns effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- High level of energy and a proactive work attitude.
- Passionate about fashion and staying updated with current trends.
- Ability to work well within a diverse and multicultural team environment.
