As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing world-class service to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's vibrant atmosphere and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every visitor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain store tidiness, including organizing displays and managing inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in the setup of promotional displays and seasonal merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor stock levels and report restocking needs to the floor supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply; no prior retail experience required.
- Possess a positive attitude and a passion for customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
