Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting H&M products, loyalty programs, and current marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is always fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and tagging of new merchandise shipments.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert styling advice.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
  • Energetic, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia (valid work pass/visa if applicable).
