- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, fitting room assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling techniques and maintaining brand standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks including floor moves, window displays, and stock replenishment
- Process POS transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Contribute to store operations through inventory management, stocktaking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on fashion trends and collections
Kualifikasi
- Passion for fashion and strong interest in retail trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic numerical skills for sales transactions and inventory tasks
