- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional service and embodying the H&M brand.
- Offer fashion advice, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
- Accurately process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are appealing, tidy, and reflect current campaigns and trends.
- Actively participate in stock replenishment on the sales floor, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively to achieve store goals.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention, safety, and store operations.
Kualifikasi
- A genuine passion for fashion, current trends, and the H&M brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as business needs require.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
