  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional service and embodying the H&M brand.
  • Offer fashion advice, product knowledge, and styling recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are appealing, tidy, and reflect current campaigns and trends.
  • Actively participate in stock replenishment on the sales floor, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively to achieve store goals.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention, safety, and store operations.

Kualifikasi

  • A genuine passion for fashion, current trends, and the H&M brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as business needs require.
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
