Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and making informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash payments and operating POS systems
- Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general cleanliness
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counting, receiving deliveries, and organizing merchandise
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive store environment
- Assist in visual merchandising tasks to ensure the store remains visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about fashion products and brand standards
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized and tidy work areas
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
