Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations across health, beauty, and personal care categories.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately, and process transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Actively promote Guardian's ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer value and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain appealing product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, tidy, and priced correctly, and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the store premises and cashier counter are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex matters to store management when necessary.
- Support the store team in general operations, including receiving merchandise and preparing for opening/closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a retail, customer service, or cashier role is preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for retail are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail operational needs.
