- Deliver exceptional customer service through product consultations and needs assessment
- Efficiently process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Support store operations through inventory management and stock replenishment
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Assist with promotional campaigns and product sampling initiatives
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and checkout areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and basic accounting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light products
