- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to enhance shopping experience
- Efficiently operate cash register and POS systems for accurate transactions
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
- Support promotional activities and upselling of Guardian's product range
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong numerical skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
