As a Part-time Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Jil Sander, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience to our discerning clientele. You will assist customers in selecting ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear, embodying the brand’s philosophy of refined simplicity and innovation.
This role offers flexibility for students or individuals seeking part-time employment, with opportunities to grow within the OTB Group. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized styling advice.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Jil Sander products, including fabric, fit, and care.
- Ensuring the boutique’s visual merchandising standards are met, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently via the POS system.
- Assisting with stock replenishment, inventory management, and back-office organization.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new collections and brand heritage.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, or others) are a plus.
- A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team spirit and a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
