Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers to understand their style needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on garment fit, styling, and current fashion trends.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance through organized visual merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing the fitting rooms.
- Assist with promotional setups and seasonal store refreshes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Genuine interest in fashion and staying up-to-date with current industry trends.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and personal grooming standards.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
