Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Display and merchandise products effectively to maximize sales opportunities and maintain store visual standards.
- Organize stockrooms and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Communicate product knowledge and styling tips to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and a strong interest in the retail industry.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
