Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Build customer relationships through loyalty program enrollment and follow-up engagement
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient store operations
- Adhere to company policies on security, loss prevention, and health & safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and sales reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
