Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding materials, comfort, and fitting to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain high store visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is clean.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential exchanges or returns professionally.
- Participate in stock takes, inventory management, and promotional setups.
- Contribute to store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling suitable footwear accessories.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to brand standards.
- Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light stock movement.
