- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain store presentation standards through efficient merchandising, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management activities including stock counting and replenishment
- Uphold IKEA's sustainability principles by promoting eco-friendly product options
- Support store operations during peak periods including weekends, holidays, and promotional events
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in English with clear communication abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light-to-moderate lifting
