Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily targets and KPIs
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain store presentation
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in product training to maintain brand expertise
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic numeracy and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
