Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their style and budget, providing product recommendations and styling advice.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation by ensuring merchandise is well-organized, displayed attractively, and replenished regularly.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and clutter-free at all times.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No prior retail experience is required; we welcome fresh graduates and students looking for part-time work.
- A strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
