- Engage with customers to introduce and demonstrate JMLâs range of innovative products.
- Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and attractive product display area to drive sales.
- Actively promote ongoing sales campaigns and special offers to shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the store supervisor.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team atmosphere on the sales floor.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (bilingual skills are a plus).
- Strongly self-motivated with a proactive and cheerful personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and public holidays.
