Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain organized product displays
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Monitor store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and report stock discrepancies to management
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and repetitive tasks
