Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, location, and information
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash records
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure products are properly priced and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and stockrooms
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to store management
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing incoming shipments
- Participate in regular store meetings and training sessions as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
