Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout assistance
- Manage daily store operations including stock replenishment, shelf organization, and inventory monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming merchandise deliveries
- Monitor store security and implement loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Reliable transportation to Tadisma Business Park (SATB) location
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication
