Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, card, and e-wallet transactions with efficiency.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure products are visible, organized, and attractively presented.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Ensure the store premises are clean, tidy, and adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code and grooming policies.
- Upsell products and promote the KK SUPER MART loyalty program to maximize sales opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light to medium-weight items.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically for POS systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
