Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Manage checkout operations efficiently, processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with receiving and processing deliveries
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing premises and preparing for the next business day
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology with proficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures and systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
