Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers, assist with inquiries, and guide them to products with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Ensure proper stock levels on shelves, replenish merchandise, and maintain appealing product displays.
- Uphold the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including sales floors, counters, and storage areas.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with basic inventory checks to ensure product freshness.
- Support promotional activities and ensure signage for special offers is correctly displayed.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries as directed by store management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and approachable manner.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
