Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly arranged, labeled, and within the expiration dates.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to prevent shortages.
- Ensure the sales floor, aisles, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal merchandise to attract customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
