Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets with accuracy.
- Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed and fully stocked at all times.
- Perform regular stock receiving, checking, and rotation to maintain inventory accuracy and product freshness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including the sales floor, back room, and restrooms.
- Execute promotional activities by setting up displays and ensuring price tags and marketing materials are correctly placed.
- Monitor and report any security or safety issues to the Store Manager promptly.
- Support the store team in achieving daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, convenience stores, or as a cashier is an added advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work on a part-time basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and lift items up to 10kg.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold valid work permits for Malaysia.
