Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays in an organized manner
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming merchandise
- Participate in store promotions and special events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
