Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries and product location.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are neatly arranged, and display areas are attractive.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Process incoming deliveries, check against invoices, and store items appropriately.
- Assist with promotional activities and merchandising to boost sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and health & safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail operational needs.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and counting change accurately.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when stocking shelves.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
- Malaysian citizen or hold a valid work permit.
