Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, process payments accurately via cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet, and issue correct receipts.
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming stock, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, faced, and properly labeled with correct pricing.
- Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO) to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and hygiene, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning product displays and glass.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, security, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist management in periodic inventory counts and promptly report any damaged, missing, or expired goods.
- Provide outstanding customer service by attentively answering inquiries and resolving basic issues with a professional attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates, school leavers, and students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage but not required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong numerical skills and basic proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per the operational schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting or moving boxes up to 10kg confidently.
- Must possess a positive attitude, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid work permits residing near the Shah Alam area.
