Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise in an organized, visually appealing manner to drive sales.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPM-V certificate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light to medium-weight items.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
