Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product information to shoppers
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Stock, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support promotional activities and seasonal merchandising
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management
- Team player with positive, approachable attitude
