Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing deliveries
- Monitor store security and report suspicious activities
- Participate in promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification minimum
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 10kg)
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
