Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations about imaging equipment and accessories
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise on sales floors
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and promotional displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations and stock availability
- Perform basic administrative tasks including price tagging, stock reconciliation, and report generation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and digital payment platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg merchandise
- Attention to detail in cash handling, inventory management, and transaction accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Trustworthiness and integrity in handling store assets and customer data
