Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking products
- Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
