Are you passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and creating exceptional experiences for others? Core Wellness Hub is seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Facilitator to join our growing team in Cordova, Cebu.

As a Studio Facilitator, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring that our space remains an inviting, serene, and efficient environment for all our members. You will be the first point of contact for our community, managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and supported on their wellness journey. If you have a knack for customer service, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage studio front-desk operations, including welcoming members and handling inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and maintain class schedules, workshops, and booking systems to ensure seamless studio flow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the wellness studio to uphold brand standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new members and ensure they are well-acquainted with our services.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as email correspondence, report generation, and inventory monitoring.
  • Provide support to instructors and staff to ensure that every session runs smoothly and safely.
  • Assist with social media updates and event promotion to boost community engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and holistic living.
  • Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with flexibility to work on weekends if needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in wellness or hospitality is a plus.
