Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and accessories that match their style and budget.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and visually appealing through effective merchandising.
- Process stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety standards, and grooming codes.
Kualifikasi
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest in fashion, jewellery, and styling trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transportation to reach the Dataran Pahlawan location.
