Tanggung Jawab
- Provide enthusiastic, personalized customer service and expert style advice to every visitor.
- Actively assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery and accessories to match their outfits.
- Execute daily store operations including register transactions, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and Lovisa's product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for fashion, accessories, and styling trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- A positive, high-energy attitude with a drive to achieve sales results.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
