You will play a crucial part in driving sales and maintaining our high standards of visual merchandising. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice to help customers select the perfect jewellery pieces.
- Maintain high visual standards by ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and attractively merchandised.
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with stock replenishment, folding, and display of merchandise to ensure freshness.
- Upsell products and promote loyalty programs to maximize sales revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers confidently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for fashion, jewellery, and styling trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual presentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items (jewellery boxes).
