As a Part-Time Swimming Coach at Boltz Academy, you'll have the opportunity to work with swimmers of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Tanggung Jawab
- Teach swimming techniques and water safety to students of various age groups and skill levels
- Develop and implement swimming lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during all swimming sessions
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow coaching staff
- Assist in organizing swimming events and competitions when required
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Stay updated on the latest swimming techniques and coaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Certification in swimming coaching or lifeguarding (preferred)
- Previous experience teaching swimming to various age groups
- Strong swimming abilities with proficiency in multiple swimming strokes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children and adults of all skill levels
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for swimming and commitment to helping others develop their skills
