Are you passionate about empowering people and driving organizational growth? CEO Concierge Service Inc is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Trainer to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key player in our Human Resources department, delivering seamless onboarding experiences and facilitating impactful Learning & Development (L&D) programs. You will be responsible for crafting engaging training materials, designing assessments, and tracking the progress of new hires and existing teams to ensure they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed. We are looking for a proactive professional who can foster a positive learning environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our workforce.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Facilitate various Learning & Development (L&D) programs, workshops, and seminars designed to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources.
- Create and administer training assessments and quizzes to evaluate learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and monitor the progress of trainees, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous growth.
- Collaborate with HR managers and department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, instructional design, or Learning & Development (L&D).
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear, professional training documentation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or training software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
