Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in setting up and organizing accounting files, spreadsheets, and digital systems for clients.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Process and record daily business transactions and invoices promptly.
  • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify financial requirements and report progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and established procedures.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be based in Alabang, Metro Manila or willing to work remotely.
  • High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is highly advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per day.
