Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in setting up and organizing accounting files, spreadsheets, and digital systems for clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Process and record daily business transactions and invoices promptly.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify financial requirements and report progress.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and established procedures.
- Prepare simple financial reports and summaries as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Must be based in Alabang, Metro Manila or willing to work remotely.
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is highly advantageous.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping is a plus.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 hours per day.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) for clear communication.
