Join Paragon Pratama Teknologi as a Partner (Community) Engagement professional in Bali and become a vital link between our platform and the driver community. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding community needs, and developing strategies that enhance driver satisfaction and loyalty. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our transportation ecosystem in Bali.
As a key member of our engagement team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with drivers, listen to their feedback, and translate their insights into actionable improvements. You'll organize community events, provide training sessions, and serve as the primary point of contact for driver-related inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driver communities across Bali
- Organize and facilitate community engagement events and training sessions
- Collect and analyze driver feedback to inform product improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance driver satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for driver-related inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to address driver needs and implement solutions
- Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement
- Create and distribute relevant communication materials to the driver community
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management or stakeholder relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong understanding of local Balinese culture and transportation ecosystem
- Experience organizing events and managing community initiatives
- Ability to analyze feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
