Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management or agricultural operations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in plasma management or similar agricultural programs
- Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices
