Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, a leading name in the retail and consumer products industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Custodian to join our team in Rosario, Cavite. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of ₱15,600 per month and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
As a Parts Custodian, you will be the backbone of our inventory operations. Your primary responsibility is to maintain accurate records of all parts and supplies, ensuring that every item is accounted for and easily accessible. You will monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels. Your meticulous approach will help minimize downtime and ensure that our customers receive the parts they need promptly.
In this role, you will also conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain a clean and organized storage area. You will work closely with technicians and sales staff to fulfill orders and support overall business operations. Your contributions will be vital in driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in inventory management or warehousing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all parts and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to ensure availability without overstocking.
- Receive, inspect, and systematically store incoming parts shipments.
- Organize the parts storage area for efficient retrieval and safe storage.
- Issue parts to technicians, mechanics, and customers as required.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in inventory or supply chain is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Rosario, Cavite and adapt to flexible schedules.
