Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or overstock situations
- Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and systems
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of parts inventory and transactions
- Coordinate with sales team to provide parts information and support customer needs
- Monitor parts sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in parts management or inventory control
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
