As a Passenger Service Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every traveler's journey is smooth, pleasant, and memorable. You will be at the forefront of airport operations, assisting passengers from diverse backgrounds and ensuring that Changi Airport maintains its status as the best airport in the world. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and assist passengers with inquiries regarding flight information, airport facilities, and amenities.
  • Provide directions and guidance to passengers navigating through airport terminals.
  • Monitor passenger flow and report any irregularities or safety concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Assist in managing queues at various service touchpoints to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support passengers with special needs, including the elderly and those requiring mobility assistance.
  • Ensure that the terminal environment remains clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle passenger feedback and complaints with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Work collaboratively with ground staff, security, and airline partners to ensure operational excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications or equivalent.
  • Strong command of English; ability to speak a second language is a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to service standards.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide effective solutions to passenger queries.
