Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct emotional and social support to students requiring additional guidance.
- Monitor and document student behavioral patterns to identify areas needing intervention.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school counselors to implement effective student support plans.
- Conduct regular check-ins with at-risk students to foster a sense of security and belonging.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and restorative practice sessions among students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of pastoral care interactions.
- Assist in the implementation of school-wide well-being programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and external social support agencies when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an educational or social service setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
