Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of high-quality products including croissants, danish, puff pastry, European-style breads, cookies, and cakes.
- Monitor and control dough fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to ensure consistent texture and taste.
- Follow standardized recipes strictly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory of raw ingredients and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Operate professional baking equipment, including industrial mixers, ovens, and sheeters, with high attention to safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to introduce seasonal products or new menu items.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of lamination techniques for pastry and artisan bread production.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Possess a certification in Food Handling or Culinary Arts is a strong advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative kitchen team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Setu, Banten area.
