Tanggung Jawab

  • Create and prepare a diverse range of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts for hotel guests and events
  • Ensure all pastry items meet quality standards and are presented beautifully
  • Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies while minimizing waste
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate menu items and timing
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the pastry station
  • Develop seasonal dessert menus that showcase creativity and local ingredients
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and procedures
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all pastry ingredients and finished products

Kualifikasi
